Position Summary

Reporting to the Director of Care and the Clinical Manager, the Occupational Therapist is responsible for care planning including assessment, plan, intervention and evaluation of outcomes for residents. This position is responsible for clinical aspects of assigned caseload within the Mission, Vision and Values of Wing Kei. This position is also an active participant of the multidisciplinary health care team as assigned and is responsible for actively participating in setting and evaluating treatment goals of residents.

This is a temporary position until March 2019.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy, current registration with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proven assessment, critical thinking and decision making skills.

Language Skill

English; good communication skills in Cantonese/Mandarin an asset
