Reporting to the Clinical Manager and Occupational Therapist and Physical Therapist, the Rehab Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of duties including assisting the Occupational Therapist and Physical Therapist in improving or maintaining the residents' abilities in daily activity function level.
Completion of a recognized Therapy Assistant Program, or equivalent. Ability to interact with residents of varying disabilities and to communicate effectively with a variety of staff and residents. Past experience working directly in the health care environment is an asset.
English; good communication skills in Cantonese an asset
