Description


Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you are accountable for the co-ordination of care and service to support residents’ orientation, functional ability and social skills. You will direct and supervise employees engaged in the provision of care and service, and act as the immediate contact for the residents and families.

 

Qualifications


Active registration with CARNA required. Experience with MDS and RAIS required. Proven interpersonal, leadership and supervisory skills are also required. Experience in a leadership role is an asset. Gerontology experience, good clinical judgment and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications would also be an asset.

 

Language Skill


English; good communication skills in Chinese an asset.
