Wing Kei Village
The Wing Kei Village, envisioned as a three-phase project, will be a diverse community for seniors to age in place, even as their personal and health needs change. This ambitious project will integrate continuing care services, seniors' independent living and mixed usage buildings for professional offices, retail spaces, and market housing. The Wing Kei Village will ensure seniors stay woven into the fabric of their community, their city, their home.

Wing Kei Village Phase One
The Wing Kei Village Phase One will consist of 180 beds for residents, offering culturally-appropriate long-term care and hospice care for seniors in Calgary. Construction of the new facility has begun and is projected to open in January 2026.
