THE ROLE
Qualifications
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Kitchen/Cooking experience required, preferably in Chinese Cuisine
THE INDIVIDUAL WHO WILL SUCCEED
- Performs all duties in relation to the preparation, serving and distribution of food.
- Supporting the cook by aiding in food preparation and cooking.
- Maintains established food rotation in storage to minimize spoilage & waste.
- Maintains kitchen, kitchenettes & storage areas in orderly & sanitary manner.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
