Wise stewards
Our leadership team and board set our strategic direction and ensure wise use of every dollar. A careful steward, we use our resources carefully to offer consistently high quality, culturally responsive, and safe care for residents. Our care is enabled by a skilled team and a fulfilling work environment. Nursing and therapeutic care is funded by Alberta Health while a monthly accommodation fee, set by the provincial government and paid by residents, contributes to the cost of the room, food, and other necessities. Funds for capital expenditures are gifted by our generous community of donors.

Hundreds of big and small decisions are made each day in our centres as we continually adapt to the changing needs of residents. We are intentional in making decisions rooted in love, knowing that we are in service to the residents who call Wing Kei home.
